Privacy Policy
Effective July 2026
This website is a simple, static site. It was built to collect as little information about you as possible, and this page explains, in plain language, what little there is.
What this site collects
Nothing, directly. This version of the site:
- sets no cookies,
- runs no analytics scripts,
- embeds no tracking pixels or third-party content, and
- has no forms, accounts, or sign-ups.
Every page is plain HTML and CSS served from our own domain. There is no JavaScript on the site at all, so nothing runs in your browser that could watch what you do.
Server logs
Like almost every website, the hosting provider that serves these pages keeps standard host-level server logs. These typically record the IP address a request came from, the page requested, the date and time, and the browser's user-agent string.
These logs exist for security and to keep the site running. We do not combine them with any other data or use them to identify visitors.
If you email us at info@onyxartscenter.org, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. We keep that correspondence so we can reply and follow up. We never sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing.
Ticketing
Online ticket sales are not live yet. When they launch, ticketing will be provided by a third party, and purchases will be governed by that provider's own privacy policy. We will update this page with details, including a link to that policy, before ticket sales begin.
Children's privacy
This site is meant for a general audience and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Since the site collects nothing directly, there is nothing for a child to submit. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If the site changes in a way that affects your privacy, for example when ticketing launches, we will update this page and the effective date at the top before the change takes effect. We will not quietly weaken this policy.
Contact
Questions about this policy are welcome.
